Cole Peterson is President/CEO of Hollis Enterprises, LLC, a human resources consulting firm founded in 2004 following his retirement from Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.

Mel Redman is a recognized retailauthority, motivational speaker/coach and owner of Redman &Associates, LLC.   His company is based in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Steve's career has been diverse and his leadership experiences successful. Steve has background in radio & television broadcasting, banking, manufacturing and consulting.
